The activity is never enough for me to commit, it's definitely the service and demeanor of the staff that makes me want to go back - the staff here have nailed this. The actual pilates classes are great as well. I see the difference it's making and sleep like a baby too! "I’ve been to A LOT of yoga studios in Vancouver on my quest to find the right one for me, and usually I don’t feel strongly enough to stay after I finish the first package of classes. This place is different. I had the great luck of my very first class being with the owner of the studio and it was a phenomenal experience. Within minutes I had the feeling of “Ahhh, I’m home.” I’ve now tried classes with three other instructors and they’re all strong, though for some reason, in the owner’s class I work the hardest. The friendliness, professionalism and proactiveness of the front desk staff is notable. I’m always greeted by name and my rental mat and towel are ready for me, a detail that I greatly appreciate. It’s a very well organized space, that runs like a well-oiled machine. The women’s changing room is spacious and has everything you need from showers to lockers to hairdryers. If you can’t tell already, I’m a fan!"

"This is one of the best studios I’ve been to in the city due to their excellence in customer services!! The team is always responsive to my requests, the trainers are attentive and remember the names of regular clients, during HIIT workouts music is cool and the cold towel after the workout is fantastic. Highly recommend for everyone who is ok with workouts in warm temperatures!"

"Love this studio. First studio I went to when I moved to Vancouver and I never left. They are so welcoming and friendly, respectful without being pushy. There are many classes during the week so you can always find one that fits your schedule. The instructors, especially Danny and Kim, are amazing. The Sunday evening class with dimmed lights, music, and minimal instructions is so good to wind down at the end of the week. I am now hooked and need to go twice a week - it's made such a difference in my life"
